A construction worker suffered suspected back injuries after falling off scaffolding.
Firefighters were called to a building site in Chesterton to help ambulance crews rescue the man after the incident at 11.30am on May 10.
An aerial platform was used to bring the 30-year-old down to the ambulance, before he was transported to John Radcliffe hospital.
Incident commander Paul Webster said: “It would have been difficult for us to get him down the scaffolding so we used the aerial platform.
“This has a cage around it, so we could bring the man down on a spine board.”
