After nearly nine years together, Mallory Knox recently announced frontman Mikey Chapman has decided to part ways with the band.
However, 2018 marked a new chapter and the group will be continuing Mallory Knox with Sam Douglas taking the lead on vocals.
Together, the band have been working hard behind the scenes writing and recording new music, including their new, critically acclaimed single Black Holes.
As part of the change-up, Mallory Knox will be once again taking to the road and touring the UK, which includes a night at the O2 Academy in Oxford.
Following on from the successes of 2017, which saw the band play the main stage at Reading & Leeds for the second time, as well as a whole plethora of festivals across the UK & Europe, Mallory Knox will be focussing on playing more of the ‘intimate’ and smaller gigs this year.
Still on a high from their third album Wired, you can expect to hear a run down of their previous hits as well as new material.
They will be playing at The O2 in Oxford on May 6 at 7pm. Tickets are £20.25 and can be purchased from academymusicgroup.com
