Small lifestyle changes can improve mental wellbeing – and health experts, libraries and charity Oxfordshire Mind are joining forces to get the message across.
A series of events across 14 of the county’s libraries begins today at County Library.
Each library will host a Tea and Talk Day aimed at connecting people and promoting discussion about mental wellbeing.
Speakers will include county council cabinet member for health and education Hilary Hibbert-Biles, Oxfordshire Mind’s trustee Nicholas Welch and an Oxfordshire Mind service user.
The talks will focus on ‘the five ways to wellbeing’: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give.
