HIP-hop duo Too Many T’s have announced a UK tour to launch their debut album this autumn.
Too Many T’s have built up a strong fan base with their electric performances and positive vibes stage shows by touring all over the UK in the last four years.
The pair have supported some of hip-hop’s greats including Snoop Dogg, Big Daddy Kane, De La Soul and Public Enemy.
But it’s now time for the T’s to step forward and take centre stage.
Next month Too Many T’s release their long-awaited debut album, which has been produced alongside Flux Pavilion and Odjbox.
Called South City, the T’s say its high-energy sound will appeal to music lovers around the globe.
Fans will be able to catch a live performance featuring songs from the album at The Bullingdon, in Oxford, on November 3.
Leon Rhymes from Too Many T’s, said: “For us, this just feels like the beginning. To work for over two years on the album and for everything to finally come together, we couldn’t be more hyped to get out there and show people what we’ve been cooking.”
What started out as holiday trip to Marrakesh in 2011, has taken the two friends on a crazy journey into the hip-hop world.
After quitting their office jobs and touring open-mic nights to gain a following, Too Many T’s were quickly given a stage by Rob da Bank, of Bestival and BBC fame, and before long, they were touring the UK and Europe and being repeatedly labelled as ‘Britain’s answer to the Beastie Boys’.
Fast forward to 2016 and the pair went to a resort to pen some songs – the result is the new album.
The debut single from the forthcoming album, Diamonds/Gold, was released last month.’
