At St Edmunds School in Abingdon, she met parents and teachers to celebrate the opening of a new outdoor canopy and helped serve cakes for the crowds.
At Matthew Arnold, she showed support behind a project that involves collecting plastics to eventually make a whole bench, after the plastic is mixed with cement.
The purpose of the project is to show that everyday plastics can be recycled and reused to make structures.
