Abingdon students will be peddling support for a charity that helps young people to look after their mental wellbeing.
Radley College will field a team of 13 staff and students for cycling sportive Bike Oxford to help raise funds for mental health charity the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust.
Bike Oxford is open to families and cycling enthusiasts and will take place on May 20, starting and ending at the Oxford University Rugby Football Club ground on Iffley Road.
Radley teacher Paul Fernandez said: “As my job involves working closely with young people, the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust is a cause close to my heart.
“It seemed like a logical step to combine my love of adventurous activities with a cause that works to support young people and help them combat mental illness.”
Each boarding house at Radley College has 10 charitable events and aim to raise £1,000 each as a minimum.
