The invitation to the royal garden party on his birthday
Andy, 29, said: “I never in a million years thought I would get this or see the day I would get to go to Buckingham Palace so it’s definitely a dream come true.
“I can’t stop smiling. When my mum gave me this envelope we both ended up crying in tears of happiness.
“This means so much and for me I consider it to be a real achievement to get invited to such a special occasion as this as I’ve overcome and fought so much in my life to achieve against many odds medically.”
Andy is £9,000 away from raising a milestone £100,000 for good causes in his 16 years of fundraising.
