An Oxfordshire rider was jumping for joy after winning his category at the British Showjumping Spring Championships last month.
Alfie Bradstock, from Wantage, won the Winter Grade C Championship on board Fuzeta Beech, a nine-year-old grey mare owned by Tracy Priest.
Fuzeta was bred by Derek Morton and Geoff Glazzard at Beech House Stud and joined Alfie last September.
Alfie said: “She’s very quick and jumps better with a bit of pace.
“The track suited her nicely, she likes to keep moving on – and I had my instructions from the boss – Tracy.”
British Showjumping’s Spring Championships took place at Addington Manor in Buckingham giving members four days of jumping and eight championship titles to aim for.
The event attracted competitors from the length and breadth of the country all hoping to claim at least one of the championships on offer.
London 2012 course designer Bob Ellis and Nigel Jess designed the courses available to riders at the Championships.
The event gave some great competition across the show’s entirety with members enjoying the opportunity to compete across some former Olympic Games fences.
